Documents Required For Financial Assistance By The IOM-NATO Trust Fund

Please bring one photocopy and the original of each document. The originals will only be needed for verification and will be returned to you!

   1. Registration (all applicants)

ID card

Pension certificate

In case of other income: certificates as proof of this income
Certificate evidencing number and age of children, if applicable
Certificate from the  National Employment Agency that  a spouse  is unemployed, if applicable
Disability certificate, if applicable
Rental contract or other evidence of housing
Evidence of debts, if applicable
 
   2. Application for business grant or loan

 (for business premises, if existing)
 Credit Bureau report (just for loans)    
 VAT Confirmation for the past 6 months
 (if registered for VAT)
   
 Balance sheet and Income Statement
 for  the past 2 years
   
 Bank statements  (on debts and credits)    
 Bank account card
 (for agricultural household only)
Note: For start-up businesses the submission of the registration certificate at a later stage may be tolerated (but latest before the disbursement of funds)

Other financial documents might be requested additionally, such as:

Solvency certificate (if information provided on NBS site is not sufficient)

Arrangements with suppliers

Contracts with customers
Inspection certificates

Confirmation that applicant is registered at the Employment Agency and that social, health and pension contributions are being paid for him/her

 
   4. Application for financing of training
4.1 Documents to be submitted at application

3 offers from training institutions (containing description of the course, diplomas to be obtained, quotation)

4.2 Documents to be submitted after approval of application

Confirmation on registration for the course
